This bandana shows a representation of the ultrastructural morphology exhibited by coronaviruses along with the plague doctor costume from the 17th century. In October 2020, Siddhartha Mukherjee joined Janna Levin in conversation to discuss COVID-19, the collapse of the medical system, vaccines, and our defenselessness against the inevitability of the next virus to jump from animals and infect humans. The bandana also features Siddhartha Mukherjee’s signature.
